Spinning armbar drill going from side to side.
Fast armbar by underhooking the leg.
Tight armbar by putting the foot on the hip.
high guard - wrist/shoulder lock - to armbar - or flower sweep to armbar
triangle escapes - if it's not in tight, do the normal leg on shoulder pass. - if it is on tight, pin his knee to the ground and look away.

Saturday 4/22
passing the guard standing by throwing the legs aside
on the bottom, back sweep from butterfly guard against standing opponent.
kneebar from butterfly guard against standing.
straight ankle lock from butterfly guard against standing.
X guard sweep when he stands up straight, and the other one when he leans forward.
several standing foot sweeps.

twister from side control - put your knee on the ground at his hip.
twister from side control with hog tie
mount if he leaves his legs flat or turns away from you.

arm drag to single leg from standing
holding the back control: get the harness, get your hooks high on his thigh, if he frees one hook, roll him over to the other side.

hug around chest guard pass
half guard on the bottom - get your underhook. - get up on your elbow and take him down - if he headlocks or whizzers you, roll him over - if he posts his arm to stop the roll, go back to the first move.
If he stands up, do the x guard style sweep. Hold on to his leg the whole time so he can't kneebar you.

Thursday 5/4
1) Half guard to get up and take him down
2) If he whizzers, roll him over
3) If he goes cross body in your half guard and puts a kimura on, use your knee to break the kimura, hook his leg, throw him up and go to move #1.
If you have the underhook but he has the shoulder of justice, throw him up and go to move #1.
If he goes to the reverse scarf hold type position, grab his sleeve and pants and pop your hips up and do a back roll.

Saturday 5/6 1) Passing half guard with hug around chest. 2) If he gets the underhook, you underhook his leg so he can't throw you up. You then pass to mount or side. 3) same thing, but do the kimura. Tuesday 5/9
1) passing butterfly guard with hug around chest
from butterfly guard with double underhooks: 2) get up and take him down. 3) Fall back, lift him up, then as he drops back down get up and take him down. 4) fall back, if he stands with his feet close to you, grab his ankles and sweep him straight back 5) fall back, go to leg lock 6) if he pummels his arm in, do the normal hook sweep to the overhook side.

Thursday 5/11
1) triangle : overhook, push his arm out and throw your leg over. 2) triangle: overhook, grab his wrist and push his leg through and jump your legs over to triangle. 3) two kinds of armbar from the triangle position 4) if he bends his arm back in the 'please omoplata me' position, triangle your legs the other way and attack kimura, elbow press, or omoplata. 5) if he pins your knee to the ground, turn face down and do a push up and end up on mounted triangle. 6) triangle from top of side control by pinning his wrist to his hip and throwing your leg over.
