There will probably be a grappling tournament in October in Uniontown. I'm awaiting more information on the place/times/format of it. The Kumite Classic will be held sometime around May in the Monroeville Expomart. If anyone knows of others, I'm interested too. UPDATE Here's a link to a web site with a flier for the tournament in October. Cost is $35 if you preregister. I plan to grapple in the 155-170 Novice no-gi division, since that's where I fit. Open the flier with OpenOffice.org and not Microsoft Office 2003 (which displays it wrong). However, use Internet Explorer 6 to browse the web site, since the site's design sucks.

Actually, on one computer it works with Office 2K3 and on another it fails. I suspect it has to do with subtle differences between the software and hardware drivers (particularly the printer driver) installed. In any case, it should work on both, and it does with the latest OpenOffice.org RC instead of Office 2K3. Therefore, the problem lies with Microsoft's product (not that OO.org is superior in every respect... although I find its word processor - Writer - to be mostly on par woth Word, I find Excel to be vastly superior to Calc).
