Xander has a digital camera. Why don't you add a technique to the technique library? I think the second mount escape (forget its name) and the hydraulic escape would be good techniques to add. Also posting how to do the various drills we do would be good as well. Off the top of my head (what I do myself, but not all at once): - Shrimping
- Reverse Shrimping
- Hip Thrusts
- Rolling (left right forward backward)
- Hip tosses
- Granby rolls
- Side-to-side one-handed pushups
- Army crawls
- Indian Pushups
- Body Squats
- Getting up without using arms
- Wall Sitting (I hate this)
Gotta add content!

We definitely could use some more techniques on there. The second mount escape is called the elbow-knee escape. grapplearts.com/ has good techniques, and in the links section, there are links to a ton of other technique sites. Email me about the mma bitQtorrentQtrackQer. (remove Qs for Google evasion) ayao@andrew.

Nice. That person in white seems very intense... almost angry! But the techniques seem very well presented. Thanks! More homework I guess... ;-)

Since we did some X-guard today, grapplearts.com/X-Guard.htmThe key is to keep lifting him and off balancing him with your legs constantly. If he stands up straight you can sweep him backwards. If he leans forwards, you can sweep him forwards.
