MMA Judo Clips - Karo Parisyan goes over some Judo techniques applied for MMA. I would like to try the no-gi uchi mata sometime. (Or at least no-gi Harai Goshi.)

It's a show about this overweight guy who wants to lose weight so he starts undergoing intensive mma training.

There are a lot of instructional clips for boxing, kickboxing, and grappling, with the grappling being taught by Jake Shields. A lot of the stuff is very basic because the guy never trained anything before, but it's still an interesting watch. You can download all the episodes for free.

It's also available on the mma trizacker.

I think you need to find sweeter videos of yoko otoshi. That one pretty much sucked to be hoenst.

He didn't even get thrown. He sort of tripped to all fours and should have easily been able to establish top position on the other guy if he didn't suck even more than his opponent.
